XF-1 Concrete Color Difference Repair Agent

XF-1 Concrete Color Difference Repair Agent is a novel admixture designed to enhance the surface color of concrete structures. This product improves the carbonation resistance and chloride ion penetration resistance of the concrete surface, provides certain curing effects for concrete structures, and effectively seals micro-cracks on the surface, achieving a visually seamless result. After application, the treated concrete becomes water-resistant and color-stable under light exposure.

Product Composition: The product is a composite formed by the reaction of coloring components, activating components, waterproofing components, and catalytic components. It penetrates into the capillary pores of concrete, reacts with free calcium and other substances, generating crystals and gel to seal fine surface cracks, thereby enhancing surface resistance to carbonation and chloride ion penetration. It also improves the self-cleaning, impermeability, and durability of concrete.

Application: Clean the substrate surface to ensure it is firm, level, and dry. Repair any defects, honeycombs, or pitted surfaces before application. The product can be applied in two coats via spraying or rolling. The number of coats can be adjusted based on site requirements. After application, allow 24 hours of drying and curing before putting into service.

Usage Method:

Clean the concrete surface to ensure it is clean and dry;

Stir the product thoroughly before use to eliminate sedimentation;

Apply by spraying or brushing, with rolling recommended. Apply in two coats, allowing the first coat to dry completely before applying the second;

During application, avoid pressing the roller too hard; apply gently and evenly. Prevent the material from flowing more than ten centimeters;

Coverage is approximately 5-7 square meters per kilogram, adjustable based on the concrete surface condition.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged in 20kg plastic drums; shelf life is one year. Protect from rain, leakage, contamination, and moisture evaporation;

Store and transport at temperatures between 5~40°C; keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and protect from frost in winter;

As a water-based solution, it is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and non-toxic, but not for consumption;

Sedimentation may occur during storage, which does not affect product quality or performance. Stir to redissolve before use.
